Letting your property

Hertford Lock

You’ll be hard pressed to find anyone with more experience in the Hertford lettings market than Steve Whyman. He established the Shepherds lettings division in 1992 and is still at the helm, more-than-ably assisted by Jodie Anderson. Both are Hertford residents and know the local area inside out.

Accumulating an extraordinary amount of knowledge and expertise along the way, there are very few situations that Steve and Jodie haven’t seen or encountered, so you can rest easy knowing your property is in very capable hands.

Bengeo Port Hill

Perhaps because of this, and of course their extremely personable nature, the majority of landlords ask Steve and Jodie to manage their property as well as find a tenant. However, you can choose a simple Let Only service if you prefer.

Wherever you have a property to let in Hertford or the surrounding villages, you’ll find a warm welcome, straightforward advice and consistent results at Shepherds.
